The suite at Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Scottsdale was cozy and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. the free Wi-Fi and premium channels added a nice touch to my stay as a busy business traveler.
The noise from neighboring rooms could be bothersome to some guests.

Travelled with my dog, spent 3 nights here and had a comfortable stay. I greatly enjoyed the convenience of the deluxe queen studio available with a pull out couch, a sofa bed and tub. A microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a cooktop were available.
Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Overall had really really nice stay for one night. Our deluxe queen studio was equipped with tub, a pull out couch and a queen bed. A microwave, coffee/tea makers and a fridge worked well.

Great value for the money with clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location and friendly staff at the hotel.
Hotel breakfast could use more variety and options.

Location was convenient
Had to ask for every single thing we needed in the kitchen. There were ants on the countertop. The pillows on the bed we're lousy. The refrigerator made a clicking sound all night long. The breakfast was not like it was advertised. There was nothing to it. The coffee cream was all presweetened nothing else available. I would never stay here again.

The pipe burst so water was off unable to shower before event that BROUGHT me to Phienix. Unable to use BATHROOM. later that evening back at room noticed a puddle of water on floor and advised front desk and she stated I should come down and get s towel for puddle and someone would look into next day. Really ? I need to get a towel for YOUR leak ?

The suite was cozy and felt like a home away from home, making me feel relaxed and comfortable. It had all the essentials I needed for my stay.
The grab-and-go breakfast options were limited, but that's just my personal preference.

Hotel had no record of our reservation from Booking .com. Took about 15 minutes, getting information to get us our rate. Fortunately they had a room, Barrett Jackson in town no other rooms available in the area. We had two beds on our reservation and only room they had was one bed and a couch bed which was very uncomfortable for our 6'2" son Not the hotels fault but the booking! Desk person was great help. Glad we had a copy of our reservation.

Rooms are tiny, all common areas dirty, especially around elevators, not cleaned once during our 5 nite stay. Exercise room equipment mostly non-functional, and right beside laundry machines?Noisy, uncomfortable beds, dirty carpets in room. Horrible place!! If we did not have to prepay we would have run the hell out of there as soon as we walked in. It is only the Hyatt Place chain for us from now on. THis place would only be suitable for a Homeless Shelter. Do not go there.

The hotel has incredibly nice and pleasant staff. the location is very favorable, close to plenty of restaurants and Arizona. I could easily walk to Ford Park, which was only a 10-15 minute distance from the hotel. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Grab and go breakfast was a very nice surprise. Thank you!
My father was able to connect with out credit card # info. On his lap top. I could not connect on my ipad. It kept asking for my credit card #. Frustrating, I never got on.

I liked the location and the convience of having a kitchen.
There was blood on the pillow, feces on the toilet lid, and a pillow case had been previously used. The pool was empty in 90 degree weather without notifying me, no ice or machines on premises.
